In collaboration with Paramount+, Bridgenext Content Studio provided post-production support (including editorial and finishing) on the 5-part docuseries, You Don’t Know Where I’m From, Dawg, the story of American soccer legend Clint Dempsey.
A member of the US Men’s National Team from 2006 – 2018, Dempsey shares the record for most international goals by a US player (57) with Landon Donovan.
Dempsey rose from the obscurity of Nacogdoches, TX where he was raised in a trailer with his four siblings, to the world stage as arguably the greatest American to ever play the game. Where most players come up through soccer academies and are groomed for the national team, he was discovered in college (Furman University) and made a name for himself purely on performance and grit.
Directed by Pete Radovich as part of the Paramount+ series “Stories From The Beautiful Game” which includes “The Only“, “Billion Dollar Goal” and “Pulisic.”
Produced by Bridgenext Content Studio’s Anthony J. Cortese, who also served as Lead Editor. Sound Design by Bridgenext Content Studio’s Dan O’Sullivan. Post-Production Coordination by Andy Solomon.
You Don’t Know Where I’m From, Dawg, is now streaming on Paramount+.
